Halali is a down-to-earth vinegar with the flavor of porcini mushrooms. These are preserved in the finest vinegar balsam and give a typical forest aroma to the acidity of the vinegar.
This vinegar is a fine complement to foods from the forest. Game dishes such as roast venison, deer stew or wild boar goulash as well as soups and broths made from game and vegetable stock receive from Halali a fine, discreet flavor of the forest.
