Steamed sea bream on limes with maritime vinegar
- 1 fresh sea bream
- 1 whole, untreated lemon
- Salt & pepper
- 10 ml of maritime vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- A small bunch of lemon balm, sage, thyme, and basil each
Wash and dry the whole sea bream. Salt and pepper inside and out. Roughly divide the herbs and fill the sea bream with them. Cut the lemon, lay it out on a tray and place the sea bream on top. Drizzle with olive oil and maritime vinegar. Put in the preheated oven at 160 ° C and cook for 30 minutes. Drizzle the oil and vinegar stock over the sea bream two or three times. Set the oven to "grill" and grill for about 3 to 5 minutes.
